Kaylee joined Quality Financial Concepts as an Office Assistant and in 2022, moved to her current role as Client Specialist. She has several years of customer service experience in the restaurant industry since age 14. Kaylee graduated from Maryville High School and completed 3 years at Middle Tennessee State University. Kaylee earned the Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ designation in January of 2024.
